Came with printed inner sleeve with credits/pictures, a two-sided lyrics sheet and a full size colored advertisement sheet of CBS Springsteen releases. Back cover has cat# 86304, labels have cat# CBS 86304. Spine has CBS 86304 and an asterisk. Labels have master US cat# QC 38653 in parentheses. Back cover, inner sleeve and lyric sheet have manufacturing code 01-086304-20. Inner sleeve bottom left: '© 1984 BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN 01-086304-20' Advertisement sheet reads 86304 on bottom left Some copies came with two stickers on front cover. One with 'Hitwave85 CBS 50755' written on it, the other pink/red and white with 'INCLUDES DANCING IN THE DARK COVER ME BORN IN THE U.S.A I'M ON FIRE 86304' Some mislabeled copies exist with Side 1 labels on both sides. Runouts are hand-etched and stamped with varying segments. In any case "MASTERDISK" is stamped / "PAL-38653-INT" and "PBL-38653-INT" are hand-etched.
