This slightly later [l313252] version was issued with the 3rd label variation, which gives publishing credits to BMI for "I Want to Hold Your Hand", "I Saw Her Standing There", "I Wanna Be Your Man" and credits ASCAP for all other songs. According to "Price Guide for Beatles' American Records" (6th ed.) by Cox & Daniels, this 3rd label variant was likely first sent to printers mid-February 1964. Issued with the first jacket that does not have the George Martin producer credit on the back. Issued with blue "Caution!" inner sleeve. '3' is stamped at lower-right corner of back cover, denoting a Modern Album, Long Island, New York print. Recorded in England. High Fidelity Recording. Original covers have "Beatles" in a brown print, later pressings have "Beatles" in an olive green print. Glossy labels. All text and symbols on runout are machine stamped. IAM logo is in a triangle. & denotes a stereo record pressed by Scranton. For similar, later Scranton pressing with matte labels and different inner sleeve:
